Electrochromic properties of ferrocenyl viologens adsorbed on TiO2 nanoparticles |
초록 |
Electrochromic properties of ferrocenyl viologen bridged with alkyl chain (Fc-Bu-Viol) were examined in a reflective type all-solid-stateelectrochromic device (ECD). Highly colored dye molecules in reduced state having stable coloration/bleaching, and fast optical response could be achieved by dye adsorption on to TiO2 nanoparticles followed by photocuring of polymer electrolyte. The TiO2 nanoparticles improved electron transfer resulting in clear and faster redox process of ferrocene and viologen compared to ECD without TiO2 nanoparticles. |
