제목 Maskless Spontaneous Micropattern of a Thin Polymer/quantum dot Blend Film by Corona Discharge coating
초록 We introduce a simple self-assembled process, scanning corona discharge coating (SCDC), to fabricate ordered strip patterns of polymer film using corona discharge. This new method is based on a hydrodynamic flow and directional evaporation of solvent under gradient corona discharge. Well aligned line patterns with controllable periodicity at a micrometer scale were obtained by corona discharge during casting process without additional mask. Also we could find ordered phase separation in both polymer/polymer blend films and polymer/quantum dot blend films during forming an aligned line pattern. This facile approach opens up a new route for non-lithography patterning of polymer films.
