Controlling Anti-solvent temperature for high quality perovskite solar cells |
초록 |
Organic-inorganic metal halide perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have made a striking breakthrough with the power conversion efficiency (PCE) over 22% . The synthesis and growth of perovskite film with controlled nucleation was a key issue for high efficient and stable solar cells. Here, the temperature of the anti-solvent was controlled to obtain high quality perovskite layers. A champion power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 18.85% was achieved by this method. |
