제목 Graphene/alumina film stacked by layer-by-layer process with strongly anisotropic thermal conductivity and high specific heat
초록 Thermally conductive films have attracted tremendous attention recently because of their heat dissipation performance in highly integrated electronic devices such as high power laser, high brightness light-emitting diode, and solar cells. Strongly anisotropic thermal conductive films with high specific heat were prepared by alternately stacking alumina and graphene. By making electrostatic combination between negatively charged graphene and positively charged alumina particles, multilayered structure that alumina particles were filled in horizontally stacked graphene layers was designed. As a result, without adding adhesive polymer that deteriorates thermal conductivity of film, we successfully fabricated layer-by-layer films having outstanding thermal properties for efficient accommodation and dissipation of heat from local heat source.
