제목 Influence of Oxidation Inhibitor on Anti-oxidation Behaviors of Carbon/Carbon Composites
초록 In this study, the effect of MoO3 content on the anti-oxidation behaviors of carbon-carbon composites (C/C composites) was investigated in the presence of MoO3. The content of MoO3 was varied in 0, 5, 10, 20, and 30 wt.% on the basis of resin matrix for anti-oxidation properties of the composites. The anti-oxidation behaviors of the composites were studied in thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA) and scanning electron micrographs (SEM). In this work, the oxidation behavior of carbon-carbon composites with MoO3 as an oxidation inhibitor was investigated up to the temperature range of 1000oC in an air environment. As a result, the composites made with MoO3 resulted in an increase of anti-oxidation properties of the composites compared to those without MoO3.
