At the moment lately, the conductive transparent flexible thin film has a lot of attention due to considerable demands for wearable devices. Reduced Graphene Oxide/Nickel Sulfide (rGO/NiS) film was added Nickel Sulfide in Reduced Graphene Oxide for improve function. The conformation and crystallinity of the products as-obtained were characterized by SEM, XRD, UV-vis and Raman spectroscopy respectively. This film expected to be easy for mass production because we use materials that are easy to produce, and it is look forward to being used in various fields such as electrochemistry, displays, battery and next generation energy materials. |
