제목 The effects of contained carbon nanotube in the CuO/CHIT-PVAL/GOx for a high-performance glucose sensor
초록 To increase the performance of the electrode, the weight ratios of CNT as conducting material were increased from 0.1 to 0.7 g in fixed condition CuO (10 mg), CHIT (150 ml, 2% in 1% acetic acid solution), and PVAL (50 ml, 1% in double-distilled water). The materials were loaded on the electrode and then glucose oxidase (GOX) was loaded on it. The prepared products were analyzed with scanning electron microscopy (SEM) to investigate the surface morphology and X-ray diffraction (XRD) apparatus to confirm the elemental groups of the CuxO network. The electrical signal of the prepared electrode was evaluated by amperometric measurements and cyclic voltammetry (CV). The enzymatic kinetics as increasing glucose concentration was studied using the Michaelis-Menten equation. The samples had the values of the sensitivity 13.495-21.285 ㎂ mM-1 cm-2 and linear range 0-10 mM.
