제목 Morphology Control of Cisplatin-incorporated Polymeric Nanoparticles with Cholesterol-functionalized Liner/Brush Block-copolymers
초록 We present an altered morphology of cisplatin-incorporated nanoparticles with cholesterol-end-modified linear/brush-type double-hydrophilic block-copolymers (DHBCs). Compared against the cholesterol-free counterpart, which generated a typical core/shell-structure with cisplatin-incorporated spherical core, employing the cholesterol end groups on the DHBCs leads to the formation of toroidal core inside the nanoparticle. Additionally, the cholesterol-modification further enhanced the metal-mediated self-assembly efficiency of DHBCs by the increased hydrophobicity of cholesterol terminal ends.
