제목 Fabrication of various Zero-dimensional Micro Polymeric materials by using Electrospraying
초록 The electrospray is the most widely spread way for generation micro/nanoparticles and the morphologies of electrospray products are easily controlled. In this study, we produced mesoporous superparamagnetic NTA-PS beads and observed them. Therefore, we could separate his-tag GFP easily by magnet and check this up with fluorescent microscopy. And also, several 0D structures were made. Dyed PNIPAm colloids, In-situ confinement of coumarin 6 in PMMA colloids, PEO@PCL core-shell colloids, PNIPAm colloids were confined in the PEO core, PEO@PCL core-shell colloids PNIPAm colloids were confined in the PEO core and PMMA colloids are located in the PCL shell, porous PEO@PCL core-shell colloids, and PNIPAm colloids were confined in the PEO core and PMMA colloids are located in the PCL shell. We observed the aspect of their dyes release, through the confocal fluorescent microscopy
