제목 Synthesis and characterization of low band gap polymers based on strong acceptor for organic photovoltaic cells and organic thin film transistors
초록 We synthesized monomers through alkylation, lithiation and bromination. And polymers prepared by the Stille cross-coupling polymerization. The obtained polymers were soluble in common organic solvents such as THF, toluene, chloroform, and chlorobenzene. The structure of copolymers was confirmed by H NMR. Molecular weight of ploymers were obtained by using GPC. These polymers decomposition temperature are over 300oC as measured using thermogravimetric analysis. The photophysical properties for polymers were investigated by UV (ultraviolet spectrum). Highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) energy levels and Lowest Unoccupied Molecular Orbital (LUMO) was estimated by CV (cyclic voltammetry). A series of donor-acceptor alternative colopymers were designed and synthesized to investgate the performance on thin film transistor properties and photovoltaic properties of conjugated polymers.
