제목 Synthesis and electrochemical characterization of MIL-101(Fe) blended with graphene oxide for capacitor electrodes
초록 MIL-101 appeared to large surface area among the MOFs which have been studied. Ferric was used as central metal and terephthalic acid (TPA) was used as a ligand with two carboxyl groups attached. We prepared MIL-101/graphene oxide (GO) composites with various mixing molar ratio by hydrothermal method. It was used as working electrode material in three electrodes system. Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), x-ray diffraction (XRD), fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy analyzed microstructures and morphologies of the composites. Also, cyclic voltammetry (CV), galvanostatic charge-discharge (GCD) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) curves were used to analyze the electrochemical properties of the composites in 6M KOH electrolyte.
