Alginate hybrid particulate for the drug delivery system. |
초록 |
Drug delivery system is a technology for effectively delivering a drug to a desired target to maximize drug efficacy while minimizing possibly accompanying side effects. Developing an efficient drug delivery carrier is a key issue in order to achieve desired drug delivery performance in this system. In this investigation, hybrid alginate particulates were fabricated as a drug carrier for controlled drug release. For the physical properties of the prepared carrier, SEM, FT-IR, and UV-VIS were utilized and the drug release pattern was also analyzed. In addition, the effects of drug release on the behavior of NIH-3T3 fibroblasts were analyzed. According to the study results, it was confirmed that the hybrid alginate drug carrier developed in this study could be helpful for sustained controlled drug release. |
