| 제목 | Preparation of Biocompatible Iron Oxide Nanoparticles Coated with Hydrophilic Polymer |
| 초록 | Synthesis and characterization of iron oxide nanoparticles (IONPs) functionalized with biocompatible hydrophilic monomer will be presented. In this study, 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine (MPC) was used as hydrophilic monomer. Oleic acid coated IONPs (IONPs-OA) were synthesized from iron oleate, OA on surfaces of IONPs-OA were modified using MPC. IONPs-MPC were characterized using infrared spectroscopy (IR), transmission electron microscope (TEM), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), and elemental analysis (EA). Further, MPC on IONPs will be polymerized by reversible addition fragmentation chain transfer polymerization (RAFT) and will be characterized and results will be presented in detail.
