Studies on the synthesis and anti-inflammatory effectof quercitrin ester derivatives isolated from Rhuschinensis leaf |
초록 |
Dried and grinded leaves of Rhus chinensis were extracted with methanol at room temperature for 7 days. The organic phase was evaporated at reduced pressure after dissolved in water and partitioned with n-hexane, ethyl ether, ethyl acetate and BuOH. Then ethyl acetate fraction was separated by using repeated column chromatography to obtained Quercitrin and afzelin as isolated quercitrin we synthesized ester derivatives. The structures were confirmed through Mass spectroscopy and extensive NMR experiment. These ester derivatives showed suppressive effects on the generation of nitric oxide(NO) in murine cell. |
