The effect of nano-clay on Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Copolymer for photovoltaic module encapsulation |
초록 |
Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) is acopolymer encapsulant used as an interlayer in the industrial photovoltaic module encapsulation process. These EVA characteristics are adjusted by controlling contents of gel or vinyl acetate. Recently nano clay composite has been tried to adjust the characteristics of EVA film.Polymer clay nanocomposites are the most promising nanocomposite system.The aim of the present study is to investigate the meltindex(MI) properties of poly(ethylene-co-vinyl acetate) nanocomposite sheet. The morphology of the nanocomposites was investigated using SEM. The structures of the resulting EVAnanocomposites have been characterized by TEM and XRD. |
