Graphene is one of the most attractive nanomaterials in biosensors integrated with field-effect transistor (FET)s or electrical measurement systems which can detect bacteria, peptide hormone and Volatile Organic Compounds(VOCs). However, to have a great selectivity, the graphene transistor needs a surface modification for integration of chemical/bio receptors. In this study, we demonstrated a chemical probe-functionalized graphene field-effect transistor (GFET). At first, for the fabrication of the GFET, the microelectromechanical system was introduced and then the surface of GFET was modified with chemical probes for further functionalization with receptor. In this system the receptor is integrated on the GFET for the binding to the particular target materials. The most advantage of this research is the quantitative and effective analysis of the target molecules. |
