Fabrication and Characterization of CuS/CuInS2 Nano-powders using Glycolate Process method |
초록 |
CuS/CuInS2 nanoparticles for solar cell were successfully synthesized by using a relatively simple and convenient Glycolate route. From the reactions of copper acetate, thiourea and indium acetate in a flask with ethylene glycol as a solvent, spherical CuS/CuInS2 nanoparticles with diameter in the range of 5-30 nm were obtained at temperatures in the range of 50-200℃ for 1 hour. The products were characterized by X-ray diffractometry, scanning electron microscopy, Transmission electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and UV/VIS Spectrometer. |
