제목 Variable in F-HCR Properties according to Specific Surface Area of Fumed Silica
초록 F-HCR(fluoro-high consistency silicone rubber) has strong covalent stability and fluorine-carbon interaction. As a result, it has chemical resistance, low surface energy, low coefficient of friction, and low dielectric constant, and is used in various industries due to these properties. Silica is used as a reinforcing agent in most rubbers that are also applied in F-HCR. In this study, an experiment was conducted to analyze the properties of fumed silica used as a reinforcing agent by mixing it with F-HCR. A total of 5 types of silica were used in F-HCR, and the hardness, tensile strength, and modulus of rubber showed a tendency to increase as the specific surface area increased.
