The synthesis of three - dimensional (3D) architectures of graphene doped with sulfur and nitrogen with activation of steam is presented. Also, the electrolyte containing tetraethylammonium tetrafluoroborate (TEABF4) is used to enhance the energy density of the full cell supercapacitor (SC). Nitrogen and Sulfur doped samples (N-SRGO and S-SRGO) provide 7.84 and 6.93% of N and S heteroatoms as analyzed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Through BET analysis, approximately 497 and 525 m2 g-1 of the surface area of the micro, meso and macro-porosity is observed. According to the analysis of the charging and discharging curves carried out in a galvanic potential scan of 0-2.5 V with TEABF4 in propylene carbonate, the capacity of the highest cell yields 21.2 F g -1 with an energy density of about 18 W h kg-1 of N-SRGO. The flow capacity and cycle stability up to 5000 cycles measure as 60% and 99%, respectively. |
