Electro-optical Properties of Novel Fluorene-based Functional Polymers via “Click Chemistry” |

Triazole formation by 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reactions, “click chemistry” has been used to synthesize new fluorene-based fnctional polymers. The photo-physical and conductive properties as well as the morphology of these polymers in the solid state were measured. The weight-average molecular weights (Mw) of these polymers were in the reasonable range of (33-8.1×103 ) with PDI range 2.41-1.38 and were completely soluble in common organic solvents. The glass transition temperature of the polymers is in the range of 144-2210C. Both UV-visible and photoluminescence spectra were indicated that all polymers had green emission. From cyclic voltamertric analysis we could able to say that these polymers might be useful as conductive materials. |
