제목 Characterization and controlling of the silver nanoparticle structure in poly(vinyl alcohol) hydrogel prepared by gamma-ray irradiation
초록 Silver nanoparticle (AgNPs) have been widely used as integrate circuit, cell electrode, antimicrobial deodorant. In this study, AgNPs have been prepared by using AgNO3 aqueous solution in the poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) hydrogel. The characteristics of silver nanoparticles in the PVA hydrogels are monitored by UV-Vis, the morphological study and dispersed coefficient of particles were investigated by FE-SEM. This result indicates that the structure and size of AgNPs in the PVA hydrogel can be controlled by gamma-ray irradiation. Also, the antibacterial activities of against S.aureus and E.coli have been studied by two methods: in liquid as well as on solid growth media.
