제목 Immobilization of tyrosinase onto the ionic liquid-modified MWNT and its application for sensing phenolic compounds in red wines
초록 Poly(GMA)-g-MWNT was synthesized by the radiation induced graft polymerization of GMA in the presence of MWNT in aqueous solution. In order to enhance electron transfer in electrode, we introduced the imidasol salts, named by “ion liquid” on the of epoxy group of the grafted poly(GMA) onto the surface of MWNT by chemical reaction. The obtained ion liquid MWNT was confirmed through FT-IR, XPS, EA, and thermal analysis, respectively. In order to know the electron transfer enhancement, we synthesized biosensor by hand casting of ion liquid solution onto the ITO glass. The ion liquid solution was prepared by mixing of tyrosinase, ion-liquid-modified MWNT and chitosan as binder. The prepared biosensor based on the ion liqued-modified MWNT showed high sensitivity and good stability.
