제목 Glass Transition Temperature of Polystyrene Films on Preferential Substrate.
초록 The glass transition temperature of polymer thin films have been studied in many research groups considering the interfacial interactions in film systems and entanglement effect of polymer chains. Here, we focused on the effect of surface properties on glass transition temperature by modifying silicon wafer, which can tune the grafting density and chain length. We observed predominant different glass transition temperature between silicon wafer and modified substrate. We will discuss the change of the glass transition temperature of PS in terms of entropy on mixing.
