제목 Mesoporous materials for enzyme adsorption
초록 We reported on the effect of inorganic salt on the synthesis of large-pore periodic mesoporous organosilica (PMO) materials with various bridged organic groups such as amine, benzene, and biphenyl inside the channel wall. The triblock copolymer template with the aid of inorganic salt could provide a new method to prepare mesoporous organosilica materials with hollow sphere morphology. These various surface characteristics and two different pore size are suited for enzyme adsorption. The adsorption of cytochrome c on the SBA-15 and PMO materials from buffered solutions with different pH values has been studies as a model protein adsorption system. These materials have been characterized by means of UV/Vis spectroscopy. Spectroscopically, cytochrome c is well suited for the present investigation because it exhibits a strong absorption at 407nm.
