제목 NIR triggered photothermal antibacterial activity of exfoliate MMT intercalated IR825 nanocomposites
초록 We report exfoliate MMT (Montmorillonite) intercalated IR825 a NIR (near infrared) active hyper-thermal antibacterial nanocomposites constructed using polyvinylpyrrolidione-q-catechol with sultones (PVP-q-CA-SO3) polymeric assemble. Studying this nanocomposites exhibits sharply rise photothermal heat (ΔT=30 °C in 10 min) as function of irradiation time, and the layered MMT structure promised to optimize required stability of NIR active polymer for required photothermal elevation. Thereby only 5 min NIR triggered locally nanocomposite treated in vitro suspension of bacteria shows rapidly killing effect onto both gram positive (S. aureus) and gram negative (E. coli) bacteria, respectively.
