PEDOT conjugated magnetic nanoparticles with zwitter-ionic polymer for recyclable and antibacterial activity |
| 초록 |
We report magnetic nanoparticles coated catechol/ sulfonate conjugated poly (vinyl pyrrolidone) (C/S-PVP). The obtained (Fe3O4@C/S-PVP)-PEDOT nanoparticles are appeared as novel NIR irradiated photothermal agent attributed to effectively bacterial killing as well as reusable after isolate the used particle through external magnetic fields. The recyclable (Fe3O4@C/S-PVP)-PEDOT shows highly efficient to convert photothermal heat for rapid antibacterial effect against the Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli, respectively. The recyclable antibacterial tests for repeated uses have maintained almost 100% antibacterial efficiency during three cycles. |
