| 초록 | M1.92Eu0.08O3 (M=Y and Gd) phosphors were synthesized in presence of several kinds of lithium salt flux, such as Li2CO3, LiF, and LiOH. The photoluminescence (PL) and cathodoluminescence (CL) behaviors of these phosphors were different depending on the kind of Li salt used. TG/DSC analyses of Li2CO3, LiF, and LiOH reveals that the thermal behavior of Li salts should be considered seriously in the preparation of the Li-doped phosphors. |
