제목 Development of Roll to Roll Processed Flexible OPV Module
초록 Organic Photovoltaics (OPV) are gathering a great deal of attention because of their potential as a low cost, light weight and flexible solar energy conversion device. Most fo OPV modules have a planar-layered structure with strip patterns, where the organic photoactive layer id sandwiched between two separated electrodes. Many researchers have been puttin their efforts to improve the power conversion efficiency and stability of OPV module, and from their study results the efficiency of OPV has risen to above 10% for polymer heterojunction cells and the life time are expected longer than 2 years. we have developed continuous roll to roll coating and printing methods for flexible OPV module fabrication. The OPV modules ahve been made on the plastic substrate by 4 or 5 spans contiuous roll to roll printing process composed of slot-die coating and rotary screen printing and the efficiency of the single junction module made by the process was above 5%.
