Electrical properties of LDPE/EEA blend composites filled with multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs) |
초록 |
The polymer composites filled with multi walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were successfully fabricated by melt mixing (LDPE/EEA blend composite). The thermal and electrical properties of polymer composites including poly[ethylene-co-(ethyl acrylate)] (EEA) and low density polyethylene (LDPE) with MWCNT were investigated measuring Differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and dielectric analyzer (DEA) respectively. Scanning electron microscope (SEM), Transmission electron microscope (TEM), and Laser scanning micro scope (LSM) analysis was conducted to confirm the dispersion stability of MWCNT in a polymer matrix. LDPE/EEA blend composites comprising 3 wt.% of MWCNT showed the highest conductivity in the whole range of frequency and was revealed percolation threshold at the lower content of MWCNT (0.25 wt.%) comparing to LDPE/MWCNT and EEA/MWCNT composites. The LDPE/EEA blend composites filled with MWCNTs showed excellent properties as semiconductive layer of high voltage power cable. |
