제목 Semiconductor wrapped by amine functionalized graphene as effective photoconversion of CO2 with high capacity for CO2 capture
초록 The human have been faced the two severe crisis of global warming and shortage of fossil fuel due to dramtic increase in comsumed energy. So, the photoreduction of CO2 to valuable chemical fuel has been made attraction to consume the CO2 and produce the sustainable and clean energy due to only using sun light and water. To increase the efficiency of photocatalyst, the graphene has been utilized in various semiconductor composites owing to the ability for efficient electron separation. In this research, we merge the CO2 capture system to CO2 conversion system to increase the reactive sites for CO2. The amine group was utilized to chemisorption of CO2 in mild condition and also easily reacts with hydroxide and carboxyl groups. Thus, we make the semiconductor wrapped by amine functionalized graphene followed by substitution for amine group on graphene surfaces. This photocatalyst system shows the improved CO2 affinities and high conversion rate for CO2 without any noble metals.
