제목 | Synthesis of Microalgae-Templated MoS2 Particles |
초록 | Molybdenum disulfide(MoS2) particles are commonly used as dry lubricants and petrochemical catalysts. In the research area, other possibilities of MoS2 have been investigating such as microelectronics, hydrogen evolution catalysts, optoelectronic devices, sensing platforms, and also, energy storage devices. The biomorphic synthesis of particles suggests facile way to resemble certain structure that the nature provides. One of those templating structure could be microalgae which have spherical outer shape and rich inner structure after carbonization not to mention naturally doped trace elements. Here we present the microalgae-templated MoS2 particles synthesized via hydrothermal method, followed by annealing process in reducing atmosphere, which results in MoS2 nanosheets on amorphous hollow carbon. |
