제목 Thermochromic VO2 Thin-Films Fabricated From Colloidal VOx Nanocrystals
초록 We demonstrate thermally switchable VO2 thin-films fabricated using solution processable colloidal nanocrystals(NCs). Vanadium oxide (VOx) NCs are synthesized throught a non-hydrolytic reaction and deposited from stable colloidal dispersion to form NC thin-films. Rapid thermal annealing transforms the VOx NC thin-film into monoclinic  VO2 thin-films showing reversible metal-insulator phase transformation. Introduction of tungsten dopants into the colloidal VOx NCs enables still sharp phase transtion of the VO2 thin-films to be tuned to lower temperatures as the doping level increases. We fabricate "smart", diffrentially-doped multilayered VO2 films to program the vertical structures with temperature and demonstrate that nanocrystal-based nanoimprinting can be employed to pattern multilayered subwavelength nanostructures that exhibit plasmonic dipolar responses tunable with a temperature change.
