제목 Construction of Nanoporous PHEMA-r-PGMA Hydrogel via Solvent Casting/Particulate Leaching Method
초록 A hydrogel of poly(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate) (PHEMA) has been widely investigated due to its outstanding properties such as nontoxicity, biocompatibility, hydrophilicity, gas permeability and good stability. In this work, a nanoporous hydrogel of PHEMA-r-PGMA was prepared on the silicon surface via solvent casting/particulate leaching method. The synthesized PHEMA-r-PGMA was dissolved in ethanol solution containing 120 - 160 nm sized polystyrene nanoparticles as a porogen. The thin film of the mixture was spread on the silicon substrate via spin-coating or dipping methods, and then thermally cured. The nanoporous PHEMA-r-PGMA hydrogel film was obtained by selective removing of PS NPs with an appropriate solvent, and the film was characterized with AFM, SEM and FT-IR. The results could be combined with DPN method for generating nanoarrays of large molecular weight biomolecules.
