제목 Energy storage property of (K,Na,Li)(Nb,Ta)O3 film based on nanograin by Aerosol Deposition
초록 High energy density capacitor has been applied in various fields like military or motor industry which required fugitively high power discharge. Although general high density energy storage dielectric is polymer, the electric circuit is widely occupied by polymer dielectric due to low dielectric constant. Lead-free (K,Na,Li)(Nb,Ta)O3(KNLNT) ceramics has higher Curie temperature(Tc) than usual polymers, so it is stable to temperature change. Besides KNLNT exhibits high energy density, but the energy saved in capacitor is small owing to low breakdown Voltage. In this study, we had studied to increase energy storage density through nanograined ceramic film enhanced permittivity and breakdown Voltage. High temperature annealing is required for dense ceramics, but that should induce growth of grain. The Aerosol Deposotion(AD) process is a novel deposition technique for fabrication dense ceramic films at RT. So, we fabricated Nanograined Ceramic film using AD and measured energy storage property. For comparison with the sintered ceramic counterparts, pellets also were fabricated
