제목 | Rational Control of Doped Polymer Semiconductors in Polymer Oxide Networks |
초록 | Polymer field-effect transistors (PFETs) are attracted attention due to their promising advantages such as cost effectiveness, solution processability and flexibility in the field of soft electronics. In particular, doped level control in polymer semiconductor films is a key factor in increasing charge density and is regarded as a conduction channel that can induce high mobility in PFETs. Here, we report a novel approach that can be uses to impart efficiently doped levels of semiconducting polymers embedded into polymeric oxide network using functional organosilane molecules. Unlike conventional semiconducting polymers, inter-penetrated semiconducting polymers formed by interactive sol-gel reaction exhibits a highly doped level owing to electron withdrawing blocks connected to the polymeric oxide network forming the polymer conductive channel. However, this doped state could be effectively controlled via solution-processed chemisorption of organosilane molecules. |
