Recently, patterned inorganic materials arrays of various feature sizes and shapes was successfully demonstrated by using polymeric colloidal masks annealed at different temperatures. In this research, we demonstrate a simple method for fabricating a periodic organic/inorganic heterostructured surface by using a monolayered array of colloidal particles that are partially embedded on a polymer surface. In order to fabricate periodic pattern, silicate beads was embedded for a long time on the polymer surface which was treated by oxygen plasma treatment. In here, we will show the several applications in details. |
