제목 Synthesis and Characterization of Multi (thermo-, pH and Redox) Sensitive Polymers as Drug Carrier
초록 Multi-sensitive polymers have been synthesized based on Pluronic bearing redox sensitive disulfide bond, pH sensitive benzoic-imine bond and thermoresponsive NIPAAM copolymers and its derivatives. To achieve the targeted polymer, HEMA was grafted to Pluronic backbone to introduce disulfide bond and benzoic acid. Finally, NIPAAM and its derivatives were installed through the formation of covalent benzoic-imine bond.  The LCST of all polymers were examined under different pH, redox potential and temperature. These polymers can be aided as drug delivery vesicle in drug delivery system as well as in tissue engineering.
