Lithium ion battery consists of four major components such as anode, cathode, electrolyte and the separator. Thus study the kinetics of Li+ ion transfer between the active electrode material is necessary to be evaluated an understood. Several methods such as CV, EIS, GITT and PITT can be used to study the diffusion kinetics of Li-ion intercalation and to estimate the chemical diffusion coefficients of Li+ ion in solid electrodes. In order to investigate, the lithium diffusivity of NCM111 and make comparison with reference values, we have attempted to measure by CV, EIS, GITT, and PITT. XRD and SEM analysis confirmed the crystal structure. As the result of charging-discharging curves and CV, NCM111 showed, ideal electrochemical performances such as redox reaction voltage and capacity. The CV with various scan rate and EIS were conducted to determine the Li+ ion diffusivity of NCM111. And also GITT and PITT was employed determined the Li+ ion diffusion coefficient. |
