제목 | Synthesis of Cu(InGa)Se2 nanoparticles in oleic acid for low-cost and thin film solar cells |
초록 | CuIn1-xGaxSe2 (CIGS) compound has been admitted to be the most promising absorber material for thin film solar cell applications. Recently, the conversion efficiency for CIGS-based solar cell laboratory devices has reached 19.9%. However the vacuum processes have demerits such as high production cost and difficulty in scaling up. Therefore, the study for non-vacuum process that enable low-cost fabrication through solution-base process, has attracted much attention. In this study, CIGS nanoparticles are synthesized by solution-base process without any vacuum devices and hot-injection process. In the case where copper, Indium and gallium compounds, and selenium powder are dissolved in organic solvents, separatively. To form CIGS nanoparticles, Se solution is injected into metal solution keeping temperature of the solution above 200oC. The physical properties and formation mechanisms of CIGS nanoparticles are investigated for reaction temperature and reaction time. |
