제목 Synthesis and Characterization of Novel PEG-Lipid Conjugate for Encapsulation of CdSe/ZnS Quantum Dots
초록 The PEG-PCDA lipid conjugate was synthesized by esterification reaction using methoxy PEG and 10, 12-pentacosadiynoic acid (PCDA). The lipid conjugate was characterized by FT-IR, 1H-NMR and GPC. The Luminescent CdSe/ZnS QDs were encapsulated by solid dispersion technique using the PEG-PCDA lipid conjugate alone / with PCDA. The encapsulated QDs micelles were chemically crosslinked successfully by UV irradiation. The resultant polymer micelles with QDs encapsulated were characterized by various analytical techniques such as UV-Vis measurement, light scattering, fluorescence spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and atomic forced microscopy (AFM).
