제목 New Donor-Acceptor Type semiconducting Polymers Consisting of Benzo[a]Phenazine derivatives for photovoltaic devices
초록 A series of new benzo[a]phenazine derivative polymers (PBDT-BOBPz, PBDT-BOCBPz, PBDT-DFBPz, PBDT-DFCBPz) were synthesized through the stille coupling as donor for organic solar cells. The polymers exhibited good solubility in common oraganic solvents and good thermal stability. The optical energy band gap was 1.66~1.79 eV and all the polymers showed similar UV-absorption spectrum trend. The HOMO and LUMO levels of the polymers were -5.37 to -5.46eV and -3.58 to 3.8eV, respectively. Bulk hetero-junction photovoltaic devices were fabricated using polymers with PC71BM as electron acceptor. One of these devices showed a high power conversion efficiency of 1.41% under AM 1.5G (100 mW cm−2) conditions.
