Peparation of high-transparent dispersion sol using surface modified ZnO nano powder. |

In this study, we synthesized zinc oxide nano-particles well known as UV absorbing material and modified surface of zinc oxide nano-particles with various silane coupling agents. And we compared optical properties through dispersion of surface treated ZnO nano powder. Synthesized ZnO nano powder was analyzed with XRD, SEM and TEM and we verified that surface of ZnO were modified successfully through FT-IR, EDS and FE-TEM analysing. Optical property and dispersibility were analyzed with UV-Vis spectrometer and PSA (particle size analyzer). |
