제목 MDEA degradation 물질이 foaming 현상에 미치는 영향
초록 This study has been carried out to investigate the foaming behavior of 50wt% methyldiethnaolamine (MDEA) in presence of different degradation products such as ethylene glycol (EG), Triethanolamine (TEA), Bicine, N,N-Bis-(hydroxyethyl)piperazine (BHEP), N,N,N-tris(hydroxyethyl)ethylenediamine (THEED), N,N-dimethylethylamnie (MDEA), formic acid, acetic acid, propionic acid, butyric acid, valeric acid, oxtanoic acid, capric acid, and lauric acid.The foaming tendency of MDEA solution was reported in terms of foam volume. The results of this study showed that the addition of 0.5wt% of THEED increased the foam volume by about 13%. The EG, TEA, Bicine, bHEP and DMEA showed minor effect on foam volume. Oxtanoic acid, Capric acid and Lauric acid has much more influence in increasing the foam volume than other acid.
