제목 대용량 전력 저장을 위한 VRFB 기술 개발을 위한 전략과 향후 기술 개발 방안
초록 Energy storage system will play a key role in enabling to develop an electricity system supplying more flexibility, balancing to the grid and providing a back-up to intermittent renewable energy. Locally, it can improve the management of distribution power, reducing costs and improving efficiency. In this way, one of large-capacity energy storage systems, such as vanadium redox flow battery (VRFB), has been strongly studied for the application of grid and renewable energy fields. Recently, it has been highly focused on the development of VRFB system with high power and low cost, strategically. In this paper, we review the current status of VRFB system in detail.
