In this study, polyketone nanocomposites film was fabricated with graphene nanoplatelet (GNP) to improve electrical property and barrier property. The nanoscale filler with high aspect ratio in PK matrix largely enhances water vapor transmission rate by highly increasing the tortousity. Also, to make the fillers dispersed uniformly throughout the polymer matrix, surfactants that can be intermediate material to bind the filler and matrix to increase their interaction was added. When PK composites with different content of filler were compared to neat PK, it resulted in higher barrier and electrical property, and thus it made the films to be a potential material in flexible electronic applications. |
