제목 Oxidation-suppressed Flexible and Transparent Cu Electronics by Laser-Cu Nanoparticles Interaction
초록 We developed a simple and cost-effective Cu patterning method on a flexible and transparent PET film for electronic devices. By combining a solution processable Cu nanoparticle mold-patterning and a low temperature Laser-processing, Cu electrode showed superior characteristics in electrical, mechanical and chemical stability over other post-processing methods. The post-processes are conducted with acetic acid treatment, laser sintering process and acid-assisted laser sintering process. Finally, the Cu electrode was applied to the flexible electronics applications such as flexible/transparent heaters, touch screen panels and mechano-thermo-chromic devices (smart window).
