New Thiophene-Based Copolymers for Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells with Hole Transporting Materials |
초록 |
In the last decade, researches on replacement liquid electrolyte in dye sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) with another materials, which lead to solid-state or quasi-solid-state DSSCs, have been performed by many groups. Among them, hole transporting materials capable of accepting holes from the dye cation are potential candidates. Polythiophenes have perspectives as hole transporting materials due to their solubility, processability, and excellent electrical conductivity. We have synthesized thiophene-based copolymers containing mesogenic group and the alkyl group, photovoltaic properties of DSSC devices using thiophene-based copolymers as hole transporting materials were investigated under AM 1.5 condition. The power conversion efficiency of device was obtained about 3.88 % |
