제목 | AFM to investigate biologically important crystals |
초록 | Atomic force microscopy (AFM) has been an invaluable technique to investigate the surface features of diverse categories of materials. Especially, in situ AFM in the aqueous environment is relevant to the nano-bio field. In this talk, basic principles of in situ AFM will be introduced, followed by representative application examples in biologically important crystallization. |
