제목 Fabrication of Electrochemical Glucose Sensorbased on Functionalized MWCNTs
초록 Electrochemical glucose sensor was fabricated using functionalized MWCNTs Paste. The functionalized MWCNTs were synthesized by coating of maleic anhydride (MAn) with γ-irradiation. The properties of PMAn-g-MWCNT were observed by impedance. The amounts of polymer coated on the MWCNT were calculated by titration method. Gold nanoparticles were coated on the PMAn-g-MWCNT surface by chemical method and electrochemical method. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) experiments were done to observe Au coated PMAn-g-MWCNT surfaces. Glucose oxidase was immobilized on the Au nanoparticles. Glucose was detected using with modified electrode by chronoamperometry. Wide linear range and low detection limit for the glucose were obtained with the modified electrode. Low interferences were obtained with the modified electrode.
