Monoolein cubic phage containing acdic proteinoid and cystine were prepared by hydrating monoolein using the polymer solution.Acid proteinoid composed of glutamic acid(Glu),leucine(Leu) were prepared by melt-condensation and then determine ratio,amide bond and size by H-NMR,C-NMR,FTIR,DLS and Zeta potential.Glu of negative charge combined Cystine of positive charhe by electrostatic attraction and then size change by DTT.Accoding to TEM photo size of water channel was below ten nanometer. DTT using broke disulfide bond for cystine. |
